Mutual Commitment to Your Appointments
We deeply value our shared time and the work we do together, and our Services & Fees are structured to honor that commitment. We also recognize that neurodivergent life and unexpected stressors can sometimes make scheduling a challenge. When you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, it allows us to offer that opening to another person seeking support, helping keep care accessible for everyone in our community.
While appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice generally incur the full session fee, we understand that emergencies and burnout happen. If you’re struggling to make it, please reach out as soon as you can so we can navigate the situation with compassion and mutual respect.

Cancellation Policy
Healing requires consistency. Your session time is held exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time to others seeking support. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.
We understand that emergencies and neurodivergent burnout occur. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can navigate these moments with compassion.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
This Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlines the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy. We believe in financial transparency to reduce stress and ensure you can focus fully on your healing journey.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
- Ensure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
